Delivery

Shipping Time -- Most orders received will be shipped within 1 working day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Items out of stock are not available for order. All items on this sent are stored and sent from within the UK. Delivery will be quicker than international sites and you will not need to pay any import duties or additional VAT.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service, they are usually sent within 1 working day of the order being placed on our website. We can only deliver items within the UK.You will not need to sign for delivery of your order.

First class delivery is free on all orders.

For delivery before Christmas please place your order before 5PM on Monday 19th December. The order will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery and this date is in line with Royal Mail recommendations.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Payment is taken through Paypal payment service, Paypal is a leading payment service provider and is used by companies worldwide and it employs high security technology to keep you details safe.

You do not require a Paypal account to place an order with us, simply follow the checkout instructions on screen and will be directed to Paypal. Here you can enter your payment and personal details securely and you will be given the option of creating a Paypal account for future use but this is an option. You will then be directed back to Gadgetcase.co.uk

Returns

We operate a 30 Day Unwanted Returns Policy. If you decide you no longer want your purchase you have 30 days from receipt to inform us you wish to return the item, please inform us by using the form on the 'Contact' page. Items must be in their original condition.

We will then provide you with a return address and we will refund the money to your account when we receive the item(s) back.The cost of postage to return the item to us will not be reimbursed and will be incurred by yourself.

If your item is faulty please follow the same procedure informing us of the fault in your notification email. We can then offer you either a refund or a replacement item.

Cancellation

If you place an order through our site you have the right to cancel the order before it is dispatched. To carry out this right simply contact us informing us of your wish to cancel together with order number. In this case we will refund the full order amount which was originally paid. If the order has been dispatched your right to cancel will fall under the returns policy as stated above. You will receive a goods dispatched email when we send out the items therefore you will know which policy you will fall under.
